I try to make the process as simple as possible.
After I have been contacted by you, we will arrange to meet up, this is usually at your house (but it can also be at mine), this gives me a chance to see you and get to know your likes and dislikes.
At this meeting we will discuss any ideas you have and give you a few options that I think you may like, I will also discuss your budget, so that I can ensure I work towards it. This first meeting tends to be what you always dreamed of having for your wedding flowers and then we work from there to make sure it is within your budget.
I then go home and come up with a quote for you, if you are unsure what you want and would like a few options, I can go through those options so you have prices in front of you, this quote is not set in stone at this stage, it is open to changes, it is just to give you an idea on a starting point. Its then emailed to you.
If you are happy with it and would like to go ahead and book Tamara's Blooms to do your flowers, then I will require a £50 non refundable deposit to secure your date, I will then not take on any other events for that day.
After your deposit is paid we can still tweak your quote until we are both happy with it. It is important we get it right, so that you are happy with your decisions. Please note however, that you will be unable to change your mind 4 weeks before the wedding.
Four weeks before your wedding, I will ask for half the remaining balance, and any deposit on vases or pedestal stands you might be hiring. This is usually done via an online BACS transfer (or cheque). Your flowers will then be ordered. Please note that if you cancel after this point, you will not be refunded as I will still be charged for any flowers ordered, see terms and conditions for more information.
The day before your wedding you will need to arrange payment for the remaining balance of your wedding flowers.
On the day of your wedding, I will deliver and arrange all the flowers to the discussed venues. Usually the brides party flowers are delivered first, so that they arrive in time for photos. You don't need to worry about a thing.
You then enjoy your day!
Finally a receipt will be sent, with a breakdown of all your payments.
When you return from your honeymoon, I love to hear from brides, usually by this point we have built up a relationship and I can breath again when hopefully you tell me you liked the flowers! I also love to receive photos of my work in situ.....
